There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the regular price of the massage service. No shows will also be subject to this charge. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your massage time may be cut short or subject to a no show fee.
